Vijay Sondhi

Vijay Sondhi is a technology executive and former CEO of NMI, where he helped scale the company into a leading embedded payments platform processing more than $440 billion in annual payment volume. He has spent more than three decades building and leading companies across payments, commerce, software, and financial technology.

Vijay is currently focused on the intersection of AI, payments, crypto, leadership, and human potential, and selectively advises founders, investors, and executive teams.

Beyond work, Vijay is an avid cyclist, hiker, and traveler. In 2025, he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with his daughter Anisa — a reminder that endurance, humility, and preparation matter as much outside work as they do in leadership.
